You must have closed on a home, or signed a lease rental agreement in the last four years.
Membership is on an annual basis, January through December. The year you join is your first year and you may renew your membership up to 3 times for a total of 1 initial full or partial year plus 3 full years. To become a member, you must have a closing date (purchase date) within the previous 4 years from the current date. We use the closing date/current date to determine eligibility, based on your current membership form that is required to be renewed each year.

Current members may bring an out of town guest, but must register with the club ahead of the event.
Occasionally the club will host events that are open to all OTOW Residents. These events will be well advertized and posted in advance. If you see an member onlty event you would like to join, please email us to become a member.
